    The Exclusion Deadline has passed
    If you excluded yourself from the Settlement, you will not receive a Benefit under the Settlement. Excluding yourself will retain any rights you currently have to sue the Defendant about the claims in this case.
  • Objection Deadline

    The Objection Deadline has passed.
    Submitting an objection does not exclude you from the settlement.
  • Claim Form Deadline

    The Claim Deadline has passed
    If you are a Person in the United States who, from July 7, 2020, to and through February 5, 2024, (1) have or had a Facebook account, (2) have or had a digital subscription to the Star Tribune, or a home delivery subscription and (3) who viewed videos on Star Tribune's website. If you submitted a Valid Claim Form, you could receive a Cash Award.
  • Final Approval Hearing Date

    Monday, June 17, 2024
    The Final Approval Hearing took place on June 17, 2024, by the Honorable Eric C. Tostrud.
